1. Service Overview

White Crown Vending LLC provides cashless vending machines offering snacks, beverages, and other everyday essentials in various locations across the UAE. Our machines are maintained regularly to ensure continuous operation and product availability.

2. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed via secure cashless payment systems.

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other NFC-enabled wallets.

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of machine error or undelivered items and are subject to verification. To request a refund, please contact info@wc-vend.com with a receipt or transaction ID.

3. Product Availability

While we aim to keep all machines well-stocked, product availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to change or substitute products based on demand or supplier changes without prior notice.

4. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use vending machines for lawful purposes only
• Not tamper with, damage, or misuse machines
• Follow on-screen instructions for purchases
• Use age-restricted machines (e.g., vape vending) only if you are 18 years or older

5. Machine Downtime

Although we strive for 24/7 machine availability, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, restocking, or technical issues. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused.

6. Liability

White Crown Vending LLC is not responsible for:

• Damages or losses resulting from misuse of machines
• Reactions to food, beverages, or products sold through third-party suppliers
• Errors in payment due to user mistakes (e.g., double tap, wrong selection)
• Unavailability of a specific item at the time of purchase

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and system designs are the property of White Crown Vending LLC and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
